The Free Plan is ongoing and will remain free of charge as long as you maintain an active account with us. On the other hand, your Free Plan ends when you upgrade to any of our paid plans or when you deactivate your account.

Yes, this is correct.

We only require credit card details when you are signing up for the first time to a paid plan. Later on, you may also change and add a new credit card to which you want your subscription to be charged. Follow the steps here.

If you are signing up for our Free Plan, credit card is not required.

You are free to upgrade, downgrade, and even cancel your plan at any time. We wish for the entire service to be as flexible to your changing business needs.

If an account reaches its 12th month without any activity i.e. no new patient, no new consult, or no new login, all data associated with the account will be deleted after 2 weeks.

Yes. This is correct.

You can buy more credits from the Ocelot+ Account Portal. A reminder appears in your dashboard when your SMS and email credits are below 10% and when your storage space is below 10% as well.

No, we do not offer refunds. The service can be used until the end of the applicable subscription term.

For monthly subscriptions, invoices are generated in advance, on the 22nd of the month preceding the billable amount. For example: The bill for March will be generated and sent to you on the 22nd of February.

All invoices reflect the 5th of the billable month as its due date. For example: the March bill is due on the 5th of March.

For monthly subscriptions, the billing cycle starts from the 5th of the current month to the 4th of the next month. For example: 5 March to 4 April.

We only accept credit card payments.

We currently accept payments in AUD.
